Proposed Solution #01

Presented just as a proposed series of suggestions for consideration and review by all sovereign Americans. Variations to encourage conversion of de facto to de jure status where ever practical might be an important aspect to the smooth transition should any of these opportunities seem practical.

Presumptions:
1.The acknowledged criminal fraud exists at all levels of corporations identified as government
2.There currently are no public servants lawfully installed in any part of the people’s government.
3.The lawful people’s government does not exist as publicly represented.
4.In the place of the people’s government, a hierarchical corporate structure was unlawfully substituted with no delegated authority, consent from the governed or full disclosure as required by Constitutional requirements.
5.The people’s government, provided by the founders was unlawfully over-thrown by unconstitutional means.
6.Those responsible committed treason.
7.Because current members of Congress are misrepresenting themselves as the lawful representatives of the people, they are doing so with full knowledge; they too are committing treason.
8.The same assumption regarding treason must be assumed at all administrative activity.

Actions:
1.All de facto government operations at all levels, state, county and municipal, must be immediately suspended.
2.All financial disbursements, in each administrative classification, must immediately be suspended
3.A board of client oversight will be elected immediately to serve in each respective activity. The elections will be conducted under the supervision of the currently formed common law grand juries constituted in each administrative activity in the state, county and municipality.
4.Each Board of client oversight will immediately begin to establish for an appropriate level of security in order to provide for safety and security for all clients.
5.A special client board of review will be elected to serve in directing operations of the Joint Chiefs under the provisions of the civil orders issued effective 10 July 2014
6.All state, county and municipal operations will be under the direct command and control of the respective board of clients oversight.
