PROCEDURAL ORDER

The defendant David Robinson has filed today a motion to dismiss in this case, which he purports to file on behalf or “David Robinson & William Messier”.  The defendant Messier has his own lawyer, Mr. Robinson is not a lawyer, and the Clerk is therefore ORDERED to treat this filling as only on behalf or Mr. Robinson, with no bearing on the case against Mr. Messier.

REVISED: David Robinson is an Author and Journalist living in the mid-coast area of Maine. He is a Graduate and Alumni of the Brunswick Police Academy. He served as a JUROR seated on the Cumberland County, Maine, Grand Jury for the first four-month session of 2014.
